Russell Veterinary Services has deep roots in Harrogate and Claiborne County. Established in 1999, we are a local practice staffed by people who live and work in this community alongside our clients. That connection matters to us, and it shapes the way we practice.
We serve families and working farms across a wide stretch of the Tri-State region, including Middlesboro, KY; Pineville, KY; Ewing, VA; and Rose Hill, VA.
